When you submit a consultation request, we collect the parent/guardian's name, email, and phone number, along with the student's name, age, grade level, zip code, subject needs, and any notes you choose to share.
When you apply to tutor with us, we collect your name, email, phone, zip code, subjects and grade levels you teach, experience, availability, resume, and any notes you share.
We use this information to respond to your consultation request, match your student with a suitable tutor, evaluate tutor applications, and communicate with you about scheduling and sessions. We do not use your information for unrelated advertising.
Consultation details are shared with the specific tutor you are matched with, so they can prepare for your student's sessions. Form submissions are processed through Formspree, our third-party form-handling provider, which delivers submissions to our email.
We do not sell your information to third parties.
Our consultation form is intended to be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a student. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and we do not market directly to children under 13.
Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We use Google Fonts to load web typefaces, which involves a request to Google's servers when a page loads.
We retain consultation and application information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and maintain business records. We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing us at the address below.
